These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ruvees.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is owned and operated by Sonam Bharti, Proprietor, trading as Ruvees (GSTIN 06EHSPB4359C1ZC), registered at Flat 1402, Floor 14, Tower 18, Ansal Royal Heritage, Sector 70, Faridabad, Haryana 121006, India. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

2. Products and pricing

We try to display product colours and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations between the product photos and the item you receive may occur, particularly for handcrafted leather goods where natural grain and finish vary piece to piece. All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit order quantities.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item goes out of stock before payment completes). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified.

4. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product photography — belongs to Ruvees or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing data not intended for you, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ruvees is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions allowing you to approach a forum closer to you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
