Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing time

Orders are usually handed over to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email once your order ships.

3. Delivery timelines

Typical delivery takes 3–7 business days for most metro and urban areas, and up to 10 business days for remote or rural pin codes, from the date of shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with courier delays outside our control.

4. Shipping charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹10000 applies to orders below ₹100000. Orders of ₹100000 and above ship free.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you the available tracking details so you can follow its progress to your door.

6. Delivery issues

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll help sort it out — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for damaged or missing orders.
